I slept in late today and then went through the class info for all three classes. I have two short papers to do but nothing crazy. My clinical class has some interesting projects and it looks like cross sectional anatomy will take a lot of time. The classes should keep me busy here and at work. I've been lazy the rest of the day.

I'm not the same person I was a year ago and I don't know who I am. There have been so many changes to my personality and sometimes it's like living with a stranger. Doc put me on a new antidepressant and it's helping me to sleep soundly. I have more capacity for life this week than I did last week.
Koury and April came over last night and painted above my kitchen cabinets for me, put up my Tiffany style new chandelier, and helped me paint my guest bathroom. He's doing honey do projects in lieu of some car ( Read more... )

My spirits are a little higher than at the first of the week. I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow being Friday. I need this weekend!

Today is almost over and maybe tomorrow will be better. But, tomorrow I have to go back to work, be friendly, interested, etc. Rock and a hard spot. It's a long drive to my house. Granted the drive was 90 minutes longer when i lived in Amarillo but I was younger then.
When I get home I'm hoping to find that my text books and my grief counseling books have arrived. I'll need something to read during my two long days at work coming up.

After a few friends told me about the interactive nature of wii and wii fit I decided to join the 21st century and get one. I was gonna hook it up to the large tv that I have that used to be in grammas room but it has no spots for plugs. Alas, I used my trusty twelve in tv and all was well. Now remind me why I'm doing all this work on my house? Stretching my arms and legs to lengths unheard of to reach my ceiling. Why am I painting my bedroom a color that takes at least 18 friggin coats?

I've been painting since about seven this morning. I have many green walls but no green cats so it's a success. It is slow going since I'm using a paint brush, but it keeps me from making a huge mess with a roller and I'm doing all my edging as I go.
